These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the OG1 College Visit Questionnaire application (the “Service”) operated by OG1 Athletes, LLC (“OG1,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have obtained consent from a parent or legal guardian to use the Service.

2. Description of Service

OG1 College Visit Questionnaire is a tool that helps college football athletes evaluate programs based on personal priorities. Users set importance weights for evaluation factors, grade schools against those factors, and receive weighted scores. The Service generates personalized results that can be delivered via email and SMS.

3. User Accounts & Data

• You are identified by your email address. You are responsible for providing accurate information.
• Your survey responses, importance weights, and school grades are stored to enable returning-user functionality and results delivery.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any shareable result links generated by the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Service without our prior written consent.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, branding, logos, scoring methodology, content, and underlying technology, is the property of OG1 Athletes, LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

You retain ownership of the information and responses you provide. By using the Service, you grant OG1 a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your responses in aggregated, de-identified form for analytics and research purposes.

6. Scores & Results

• OG1 College Visit Questionnaires are based solely on the importance weights and grades you provide. They reflect your personal evaluation, not an objective ranking.
• Scores are intended as a decision-support tool only. They should not be the sole basis for choosing a college or athletic program.
• OG1 does not endorse, recommend, or guarantee any school or program.
• School data (names, conferences, divisions) is provided for identification purposes and may not reflect real-time changes.

7. SMS Terms

By opting in to SMS communications, you agree to receive automated text messages from OG1 Athletes at the phone number you provide. See our Privacy Policy for full SMS terms including opt-out instructions.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OG1 ATHLETES, LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless OG1 Athletes, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California. You consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
